Local pickup in Upland, California
Prefer to collect? Choose pickup at checkout and we will email you to schedule an appointment at 2072 W 11th St, Upland, CA 91786, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID; for a trailer, bring the tow vehicle with a 2 in ball and working trailer wiring. A 12 ft boat rides in a full-size pickup bed with the tailgate down.
International orders
Free delivery applies to the United States only. International orders ship via USPS or DHL Express at carrier-calculated rates, shown at checkout before you pay. Duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the rate shown.
Lead times
Boats and trailers are freight items, not parcels, and delivery is scheduled rather than instant. Stock items dispatch as soon as freight is booked; custom and made-to-order builds are quoted with a build time before you commit. We confirm the expected delivery window in writing with your order and keep you updated if anything changes.
Receiving a freight delivery
Someone needs to be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Please make sure there is clear access for a freight vehicle and room to unload safely. Our freight delivery guide walks through the whole process, step by step.
Inspect before you sign. Walk around the unit and check for transit damage while the driver is still there. If you find anything, note it on the delivery paperwork before signing, and photograph it. That note is what allows us to claim against the carrier and resolve it quickly at no cost to you. Signing a clean delivery receipt makes damage claims considerably harder for both of us.
Delivery addresses
Please double-check the delivery address before ordering. Once freight is booked, address changes may incur a carrier fee. We ship to physical addresses only — freight carriers cannot deliver a boat or trailer to a PO box.
